It becomes even more complicated with more recent Apple laptops since the Logic Boards now include memory and SSDs so the price can vary depending the amount of RAM and size of the SSD. Contact Apple or an AASP to get an estimate to repair your laptop. Also prices can vary by region due to labor costs and taxes.

MacBook Pro 13-in have been made since 2006. There are probably about fifty different uniquely-identifiable models.
Which is yours by year, early mid late, retina/not, toucher/not, and processor speed? or as much as you know.
What model/year is your Mac exactly?
Seeing you're still using High Sierra, I'd guess you have a 2010 or older, so you'll spend around 200 bucks for a used working board.
Apple doesn't offer service for those anymore.
That is likely to be quite expensive, because Apple has been moving to Fewer, and more complex field-replaceable sub-assemblies. This reduces the total dollar cost of carrying spares, because one spare can now satisfy multiple different failures.
But it is starting to get late in the life of that computer. If you do not require genuine Apple service, you COULD buy a used board form a "Junkyard" , that takes in damaged MacBooks and "breaks them up" for parts. For example, a MacBook Pro with a cracked screen may have a perfectly good logic board with RAM and Boot drive on board. some are even available with a modest warranty.
In the US, that parts fair is held on eBay.
There are also used parts dealers of note, such as this one:
and many others. There are also online MacBook Repair dealers that are reputable.
