trying to reset a phone from employee who was let go. we do not and cannot get passcode information. this is a company phone that needs to be reissued to someone new

need to reissue a company phone to new employee. we do not have apple id, passcode, icloud id information from previous employee who used the phone and are unable to obtain that information.

If you are the original owner, have a designated company representative contact Apple. Apple can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
