My apple it results disabled at iTunes and apple store, even after I changed the password

I can not download and update at apple store. I tried to change the apple ID password but i still I see the window with: “your account has been disabled in app store and iTunes”. I tried to contact apple support in my country (Albania) but they don’t offer this service. I tried to contact apple in Italy but it was impossible. Online supporting results forbidden from apple in my country

You need to contact Apple Support to get them to enable your account. If necessary, try Twitter
