Liquid damage

My iPhone x was dropped in water and my display was not working it's showing complete green colour on the screen what was the cost to repair.

Please advise

iPhone 11 is not waterproof at all Held my iPhone 11 and accidentally dipped it in 3 inches of water for 10 seconds. Immediately took it out and turned it off. Dried it and waited. Turn on my phone a couple of hours later and you can see the liquid inside the display and the display shows inverted colors and lines. Sometimes, the display will blackout, but all the buttons are functioning. The sound is working fine. Had it in a bag of rice, but the display doesn't function anymore. It never went into a depth of 2 meters for 30 minutes. It barely touched the water for 10 seconds and now it's damage. NOT WATERPROOF. All a lie!

Repair water damaged iPhone I had my phone get splashed on when I was in my friends hot tub yesterday. That night, the screen started glitching out and eventually, the screen got brighter and brighter, and brighter, and then suddenly, it’s stops working. What do I do? I' afraid, this will cost you $549, because it is not repairable, and you'll have to get a replacement.
