touch bar only work on half the side

I turned on my computer today and now only half my touch bar is responsive. It only works on the right side so i cannot adjust the lights and sound from the bar. Does anyone know how to fix it?

beachball Very slow 2019 iMac 21.5". Restarts and program loading are very slow. Etrecheck says kernel panics with advice to share report. Any help greatly appreciated. Recent upgrade to Ventura but existed before.

Please try SMC reset, see if it helps.
