Hi folks,

Someone knows why my IPad sends me a message “ this accessory is not supported by this device” when using my keyboard ?. What could be the problem. I’ve just called to my nearest Apple technical support provider and they told me keyboards are not repaired... should I buy a new one ? . This is only 2 years old !
