Card won’t verify in Wallet

Hi, I’ve added a new card to my wallet and received confirmation from my bank they’ve verified the card. But it is still showing a verification pending in the wallet. Have turned the phone off and on and update details in settings and against Apple ID, but still not working. Have added and deleted the card three times and still not verified.
