My subscribtion is still going and i cannot undo it

I have subscribed for youtube premium in 20th august. I unsubscribed it by using my settings application in 20th september. It was an monthly subscribtion and I have done my unsubscribe on time but for some reason my subscribtion is still going and i cannot undo it. I even checked the from regulator and I could not find any way to fix this. Also sorry for the wrong topic because I could not find a better topic for this. I hope you can find me a way to fix it or a reason why it is happened like that. Thank you.

Your subscription likely renewed before you canceled. Once you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to that service until the time you have paid for ends. In your case, you will have access until October 19th.
