How can I receive calls on the sending line while I m on call using the first line. As when I get call on either lines the second line goes blank and the caller complains that my phone was unavailable. Please advice

It is mentioned that your carrier has to support Wi-Fi calling and you have to turn this setting ON, so that you can receive calls on your second/other number, while you're in the midst of a call on your first number.
