Problems with dual sim on iPhone 11

I have an e-sim and a regular sim. Phone calls often don’t come through. I won’t even be on a phone call and it will show that I have a missed call. The phone doesn’t ring or show a call is coming through. How do I fix this as it’s really annoying to miss business calls.
