I have upgraded to itunes Version 12.10.9.3
now my ipod is not being recognised. I have tried restarting and reinstalling itunes.
can anyone advise?

Itunes will not recognise my ipod. My computur recognises my ipod. I have uninsalled itunes and reinstalled itunes, switched it off and on again and nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?
