Buying Apple Watch Series 6 in US for the European market

Is it possible to buy Apple Watch Series 6 in US which is for the European market? I am looking for Stainless Steel version.

Cellular as well as some health funcitions (ECG, Blood Oxygen, etc) and possibly some other features will or may not work.
