Hello I am iPhone 7 user from India. My phone is still running on iOS 12.4.1 didn't updated to 13 because of battery draining issue. My battery health is 85% changed battery in nov 2019 should I upgrade to iOS 14?

I have iphone 7 too and I suggest you to wait until lots of bugs are fixed.
there are no such advantages in iOS 14 so that you want to bother yourself to update.
Yes I m scared to update can't buy new phone immediately..
I would suggest that you update since you are several updates behind on bug and security fixes.
The only issue I have heard is a small percentage of iPhone 7 devices lose camera and flashlight capabilities after upgrading to iOS 14.

14.0.1 was released yesterday and the camera issue has been fixed according to the release notes.
