I can pair my T12 earphones to my IPhone and MAC, but not my IPad Pro. Any ideas?

I am trying to pair my IPad Pro with T12 wireless headphones. I can pair them up with my MAC and IPhone 10 with out problems. When I try to pair them up with my IPad, the spinning wheel of death just spins.

Any suggestions?
