Trying to cancel my subscription and when I go to my settings then subscription it will not load. So I do not know how to cancel my subscription for the app

Based on the screenshot you provided, it looks like you're using cellular data. We suggest to connect your iPhone to a stable Wi-Fi network and see if you can cancel the subscription.


In addition, you can use another device to cancel the subscription. Here's a helpful article with the proper steps: See or cancel your subscriptions
