i forgot me apple id password. i tried following the steps of going to setting clicking my name then password and security but it said i had to put me apple id password in. they also asked to send a text to a “trusted” number however that number is not in use to us anymore. what is the most efficient way of changing me apple id password as it is quite important thank you ,
