Force Touch Apple Watch

I recently started competing in the Zombie Outbreak challenge where steps become points in a game. I notices there was a difference between my steps on my watch and on my phone. When I looked more closely I saw that an outdoor walk I had done had vanished from my phone. It was showing on my watch but not on my phone. One of the (many) recommended steps to get the two back in sync was to change your exercise goal. Which I did. This is when I noticed that the Force Touch on the activity app on my watch is not working. It is working in other ways, such as update watch face and so is not a hardware issue. I know I am doing it right because I changed my goal in this way only the night before. Software is up to date on both devices. Thoughts

Apple disabled Force Touch in watchOS 7. In some places, like the watch face, it's been replaced with a long press. In others, they've added menu options in apps. If you need to change any of your activity goals, scroll to the bottom of the Activity app and tap "Change Goals".
