That comes up as a first gen iPad and if so, you cannot install iOS14 on it, in fact you haven’t been able to update it in almost 10 years. First gen ipads max out with iOS 5.1.1
The only way to get a device that runs iOS14 is to purchase a new device
I’m also going to ask the hosts to remove your photo because you already posted the serial number - as well as other numbers that should not be posted in public.
