Removal of Icon

I have a round icon on my home screen that I cannot remove. I believe I put it on my SE iPhone when I set it up a few months ago. When I open it, the following shortcut selections appear: Notifications, Screenshot, Lock Screen, Gestures, Control Center and Home. I'm not even sure what this icon is called. I can move it around my home screen to get it out of my way but I can't get rid of it. I'm sure there is a simple command for its removal but I can't find it. I have a photo of it but I don't see any means of posting it on this page.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.
