Someone added it to a friends phone. I thought it would disappear when we switched to a new 13 but it's still there and very annoying. How to get rid of it? It stays on every screen.
It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.

It appears that you may have AssistiveTouch feature set to ON on your iPhone.
Open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Touch ➡️ AssistiveTouch: Set this to OFF.
