do you offer refunds for software that was purchased through you that is only 32 bit?

Or can apple supply an old version of OSX so people like me don't lose functionality with older software?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15

A) We are not Apple. We are just regular users that hang out and help each other, so no one here is going to give you a refund.

B) Generally, no. Apple required all application developers to submit 64-bit apps through the App Store back in 2018. Therefore any 32-bit app you have was either purchased directly from the developer, or is more than 2 years old. You won't get a refund for something that old. If you bought it in the last 30 days, maybe, but 2.5 years?

If you have some old software that is 32-bit then your best bet is to contact the developer to ask about upgrade options, or keep your Mac running on an older OS version.
