Left ear of Powerbeats Pro not connecting.

My Powerbeats pro are connected but only the right one will output any sound. I have 'forgot device', restarted my phone, attempted to reset the beats, all to end up with the same outcome. They are a year old. What can I do about this?

Reset your Beats earphones


If so, will it be possible to pair your Powerbeats Pro with a different device? This can help to isolate the issue to your earphones or the device itself.
