Unable to connect to bluetooth on my iphone 8. I selected Forget Device on my Powerbeats Pro, and now when I try to reset (held over 15 seconds), all I get is a white blinking light. Also ran battery out of docking station and headphones, still no luck. Please help! (btw, i selected Forget Device because suddenly only one ear piece was working) Thanks.

We understand that you're unable to connect your Beats to your iPhone as you'd expect and only one side is working after forgetting the Beats in your iPhone Bluetooth Settings.
Do you experience the same behavior if you connect your Beats to an alternate device? If so, we'd recommend that you reset your Beats as outlined here: Reset your Beats earphones

I have an update! Success! I was able to get the Beats to connect to my iphone but only after I reset Network Settings on the phone.
All good now!
