Sound problems after iOS 14 update

Has anyone else had a problem with sound adjusting by its self after ios14? I can turn mine off in the control Center then when I check back it will be full a few minutes later or when I open apps.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. The problem occurs on all applications and I have tried the advice in the article and the problem still occurs. When I am receiving phone calls the sound doesn’t work when I answer the call. Also since iOS 14 update the answer button freezes when I try to answer a call as well.
