Apple Watch (Series 6) Battery Fault

Has anyone experienced battery issues with the new Series 6 yet?

This morning my watch has gone from nearly a full charge to dead in around 30 minutes while recording exercise. Even after the activity tracking ceased (with about 10% battery remaining), it only took about 10 minutes to completely deplete the remaining battery.

I have contacted Apple Support who suggested... restarting the watch. *smh*

Unable to do this as it's flat (I will have to try this when I get home).

Even with all its sensors and the screen running I can't see how it could possibly have used the entire battery capacity in such a short period unless there is some sort of fault!
