IOS 14 update
my phone (iPhone 6 Plus) still is on IOS 12 it hasn't been able to update and when I go to the software --- updates it says I already have the latest version. why doesn't it update is it because my phone is old???

No, the iPhone 6, and 6 Plus can not be upgraded beyond 12.4.8.
The iPhone 6S, 6S Plus and iPhone SE can all be upgraded to iOS 14.
