new computer and it gives me an error when starting up. He keeps restarting by itself

If it's within the 15 day return window I'd contact Apple and make arrangements to return it for a full refund, no questions asked. Then order another one.
What does the error message say?
Its says the computer restarted because of a problem.
the computer is brand new no data in and I haven’t even logged in nothing done yet. Can’t find my serial number either. It’s a mess after this message it’s gives me a stop sign and shuts off.

Serial# is on the bottom of the stand, but call Apple asap.
