Ipad Pro 12.9 Inches 4th Generation

I am intending to purchase above Ipad with all it's accessories like pencil , magical keypad etc through your online store opened today . I would like to know the following :


  1. what do you mean by mo mention against the purchase price of each item .
  2. Where is your online store located . The complete address if any
  3. what are the warranty and guarantee for this product purchased through your online store.
  4. If any problem comes on a latter date where should i go or get in touch with.
  5. How genuine is the product purchased on line .


Please revert with the above so that i can o a head with the purchase .

2) where are you living? It depends on the country you're in, keeping in mind that Apple Shop Online doesn't ship internationally.

3) Apple standard warranty is 1 year, and it's valid in the country you purchase it (that 1 year warranty can be modified from local consumers laws). You will be offered to subscribe also to Apple Care Plus Protection Plan, if available in your country (2 years). See this support article:--> AppleCare Products - Apple

4) You can contact Apple Online using this link:--> Get Support or you can visit a local Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

5) Only Apple Shop Online sells genuine, unlocked, Sim free devices.
