I can’t find where to turn on hotspot

I’ve downloaded IOS 14 and now I can’t find where to turn on hotspot. It used to be right after the Mobile Data. And now it’s gone.

This has nothing to do with iOS 14

SMS, MMS, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency who issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

I have confirmed with my provider that hotspots are part of my data plan. Other phones in the same plan have no problems

Call them back. Tell them it's not showing up. Always remember that, even if you select the option for "Tech Support" when you call your provider, the person you're being connected to is a not a technician. You usually have to insist on being bumped to Tier 2. However, the first thing I'd suggest is that you tell them to disable the feature on your phone number then re-enable it.

While you're waiting for them to answer, reset your network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. The only thing you'll lose are saved WiFi passwords.
