hello, I have iPad 11 Pro 12.9 1st gen.
im trying to update it to IOS 14 but everytime after downloading, it is not installing on the moment where it shows that update is preparing i got the message of error.
i'm not getting it that where the problem is actually ..? even though I've alredy reset my ipad two times.
so it would be better if you can help me out.

thanks for the reply, yes i did that too without success .
on a certain point i got the message that ''there is an error while downloading the update''.
What’s “iPad 11 Pro”…? There is no such device. iPads don’t run iOS, that is for iPhones (technically it’s now called iPhoneOS), iPads run iPadOS.
Care to elaborate on what this “message of error” might be, because it wouldn’t just state “error”.
What is the exact model of your iPad, because you don’t appear to know. More information would enable more helpful responses.
yes yes... got it, sorry for that . yes it is iPad Pro.
and yes i got the message of ''error'' only that there is an error to install the update.
