someone stole my iphone and managed to change my icloud password. i have verifed evey infomation asked me by apple but because i can access my icloud i cant get thier rely

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

You’ll probably end up discussing this directly with the folks at Apple.

Use the Contact Support link in the upper right to chat with the people at Apple.

You may end up having to reset the Activation Lock on all remaining devices.
