Canceled Subscription

Dear all,


I canceled my subscription to "Blinkist" app in Settings -> Apple ID -> subscription.


AND I GOT CHARGED ANYWAY!


This have worked with all my subscribtions so far like YouTube etc.


I was not too late or something because this is not my first subscription.



Please help!


What can I do now? Who is responsible for this?

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.


Purchases problem.      


How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take.
