Apple store tech support

You need to make an appointment for service. You cannot just walk in.

There is a good possibility that, if you try to walk in without an appointment, you will be turned away. That happened to me last month.

If your problem is not hardware related, people here may be able to help you if you explain what it is.

Then try to explain your problem here and someone maybe able to help you.

If you go to the store without an appoinbtment it is very likely you will get turned away as even purchases are now by appointment to keep the number of people in store down to CDC safe distance standards in this time of pandemic.

You will very likely not be helped anyway, and probably just be asked to sit outside for a long time if they can fit you in.

Call ahead and make an appointment.

If you walk in now, you'll end up sitting around for hours or being turned away in favor of people who made appointments.
