WatchOS 7 Activity App not working.

Since I updated to WatchOS 7 on my Series 5, my activity tracker stopped working. After I closed all my apps and reset my watch, the app will no longer open. I’ve tried Settings->Privacy->Motion&Fitness, on both the watch and iPhone. On my watch it won’t open, and on the iPhone, turning heart rate and fitness tracking on&off does nothing. I’ve tried Reset Fitness Data Calibration and that doesn’t help. I’ve reset my watch 5 times and the app still won’t open on my watch. It will open on my IPhone but shows no progress. Is there a solution to this?
