Apple Watch fitness and workout app

Since an update on 3/8/2021

• My workout app ‘add new’ is grey out.
• it keeps pausing even when locked
• there is no review option and end workout option
• isnt Synching to phone and can’t see in activity.

have troubled it all suggestions and cannot fix. I an getting frustrated with these expensive devices failing after updates.

please fix it. Or advise clear steps hod to fix. This is a brand new watch and shouldn’t have hardware issues.
