when connected tp my panasonic tv my apple 4k tv does not display properley

I have a Panasonic TX50AX802B and when i connect my Apple 4K tv to the 4K HDMI port I get a perfect picture on the left hand side with a flickering picture on the right hand side

I have replaced the HDMI cable. There is plenty of bandwidth available.The HDMI port is OK as it works properly on an older Amazon 4K device.

This may be:

An issue with your HDMI cable, please use high quality 4K HDMI cables.
It may also be an issue with your network not having adequate bandwidth.
Finally the issue may be your TV's HDMI port.

You will need to work on each to determine where the problem is.
