Mac os partition does not show up at startup after resizing Windows partition

I have Mac Os Catalina . I recently installed Bootcamp and made a Windows 10 partition . Everything worked fine and I could switch between partitions fine on startup using option key. Until one day I decided to resize / expand my windows partition using a third party software by shrinking my mac os partition and using the free space to increase my windows partition. Now the only partition I see on start up is Windows Bootcamp and when I go into Disk Utility my mac os partition has “unknown” format and looks like this

Please help me fix this

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.15
