How can I backup my iPhone from another Apple device?

Is there any way I can backup my iPhone from my iPad? My iPhone was damaged and it keeps restarting on its own every minute or 2. I can’t backup up from my iPhone in time.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

No. Any device must be operating normally in order to back it up. You can backup to iCloud over WiFi, or via lightening-usb cable to a Mac or Windows computer.

But you cannot do either if the iPhone will not power on, boot iOS and remain stable and useable long enough to backup.
