Red light G4 Quicksilver

Can anyone out there tell me what this red light means?

My early 2001 Quicksilver refuses to start up and this light is on. What is the problem?

I believe that LED indicates the board is receiving the necessary trickle power.

Use the service guide to troubleshoot your Mac:

Usually the first thing you want to do is reset the PMU/SMU (see the service guide for instructions). Next thing would be to remove the PRAM battery and then trying to power it on (a bad or weak PRAM battery can prevent a Mac from powering on).
