ios 14 drops signals doesnt reconnect

anyone else finding it that once ios 14 drops a signal it doesnt reconnect unless you hard reset?


its friggin annoying... and apple hasnt addressed the situation...


and its def not a hardware issue like tech support says since it was reconnecting fine previous ios software...


turning on airplane or turning off cellular data doesnt work either, for me only a hard reset works to make it connect back to my cell service.

There a couple things you can try that worked for me.

  1. reset all network settings
  2. Take your SIM card out, power down, turn it back on, re-insert the SIM after you’ve unlocked the device.
  3. Force connect to a different bandwidth. Or simply, get far enough from your current tower that you’ll connect to a different one.
