iCloud Activation Lock

I recently bought a second hand iPhone 6 and I get the activation lock, I do not know the password for the apple id and when I contacted the previous owner he didn't answer anymore... I really need help because I can't buy a new phone.

Only way to turn of an Activation Lock -- Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support.
