Merged phones on accident
I just had a question on if there was a way to unmerge 2 iPhones? Because my friends merged my phone and hers together

It’s hard to imagine what “merged” means here. Hopefully neither of you is sharing an Apple ID.
All iPhones should be thoroughly cleansed as follows:
What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Then each iPhone should be loaded with material belonging only to the owner and her/his own Apple ID.
