How to swap out an image while maintaining sequence, animation and timing in Keynote?

Replacing masked images in Keynote - so that they retain the same dimensions as the replaced image I posted this question in 2020. Its still unresolved. Does anyone know how to bring in an updated image into Keynote (which I've previously placed and masked in Keynote) so that its replaces it exactly? When I bring the updated image back into Keynote it comes in at a reduced size. How do I get Keynote to replace the image and keep it the same size as before?

Replacing masked images in Keynote - that retains the same dimensions as the existing image I'm trying to replace a like for like image (same dimensions) in a masked shape in Keynote. When I replace the new image (which is the same dimensions as the original inserted image) the new image comes in at a reduced size. How do I get Keynote to replace the image and keep it at the same size as before?

Great Scotland! Thanks for the quick response and pointing out the replace button in edit mask panel. Now I have a problem with replacing images that are not in the image gallery....so I'll put that ?? out in the universe. Thanks again!

Go to: Inspector > Format > Image click the Replace button, then navigate to the required image.
