Launchpad organization
Does anyone know how to remove icons on the launch pad that were not downloaded from the app store (without deleting the app)

Launchpad simply shows you all apps in your Applications folder, so I don't believe it is possible to remove just the icon without deleting the app altogether. However, you could drag these icons on top of each other to create a folder, and reduce the clutter a bit that way.
