I have sports turned off on both my iPad and iPhone yet I’m always seeing the baseball or hockey games showing up in my “Up Next” queue. Don’t know why I keep seeing this and I don’t know how to get rid of it. And I want a permanent fix, not the one where you “remove from up next” for each one. Does anyone know how to completely stop sports from showing in’s my “Up Next”? Thank you.

so you’ve turned it off in settings like this? Mine is on right now.
Try toggling it on and off, sign out of your apple ID (at the bottom), restart the device you did this on. Then sign back in
Yes, on both my iPad and iPhone that toggle is turned off for sports. And no I haven’t watched sports on my iPad as I live in Thailand and cannot get American/Canadian sports here without a subscription and a VPN. Logging out and logging back in doesn’t do anything. I have tried that. Especially since I had to log into AppleTV when I updated to iOS 14 recently. It was also doing this before iOS 14, so I’m guessing this is an issue with Apple.
I didn’t know mine was on but I’ve never seen sports. My up next is all the shows I can continue watching
Make sure you haven’t selected Sports in the top menu. There is no way to edit the menu, choose the things you want to see so it shows you that
Or you can try deleting the TV App and reinstalling it from the App Store
