Hallo, I’ve been unable to send emails from my iCloud email address on my iPhone 11.
the message “ failed to connect to p63 smtp.mail.me.com outgoing server” appears.
ive tried restarting my phone, resetting network setting but to no avail. The normal screen. The screen where the option to delete Account for the iCloud mail also does not appear hence I do t know how to delete the account. Help please?

Being able to send emails is extremely important, and Apple Support Communities is a great place for help. There previously was outage that has sense been resolved. You can also find this information through our System Status page.
If you're still having issues let us know if it's isolated to your iPhone, or if you're having issues when attempting to check your email from a different device, or through the iCloud website.
