Hey there samit1983,
If you have a new iPad and already have an Apple ID set up on your iPhone, you can definitely sign into your new iPad with the same account. Any new device you have will allow you to also use the same Apple ID.
Try our steps here to set up your Apple ID on the iPad: Sign in with your Apple ID
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.
Take care!
Hello again samit1983,
We're happy to help you with iCloud and your debit card issue today.
To begin, please review our article here for what you can do when your payment method is not working:
How to change your payment method on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
You will need to make sure the address for your credit card matches the address and country you're currently located. Your App Store and iTunes Store will also need to be set to the same country as your credit card's billing address.
If you need to update your country, try our steps here:
Change your Apple ID country or region
For iCloud, we understand you're wanting to know more about data syncing.
You'll first want to create a full backup of your main device through iCloud with our steps here:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
After you create your back up, you will then make sure all of your iCloud features are turned on in each device so that they can sync and share data:
Turn iCloud features on or off
From there, you should be all set up and ready to use iCloud and your card.
We hope you have a great day!
thanks for reply,
