Infinite loop

So I’m trying to redownload something, but I’m asked to enter billing information. When I do this, the screen says updating. After that, it proceeds to ask me for my billing info again. This goes in an infinite loop. I can’t go on another account and download it because the app costs money.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're seeing repeated requests to update your billing information. These are occurring after you've updated your billing information in the iTunes Store. 


Follow the steps in this article: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


If you're still unable to edit the payment information be sure to review the, "If you can't edit your payment information," section of the article.
