I don’t want Apple Pay. How do get rid of constant reminders about it

As above. I have just had my credit card blocked as a pending entry for no money to MasterCard St. Louis MO was designated as potential fraud. I gather this is Apple Pay just testing the system. This is a major inconvenience caused by something that I don’t want I really resent being put in the position of having to wait for another week for a new credit card
