configuration profile not working

Hi all!


Since I downloaded the new iPadOS 14, all of the configuration profiles (all fonts) I had installed on my iPad are not showing up in any of my apps anymore. I mainly use custom fonts for GoodNotes and they are nowhere to be found in the app. I tried removing them and resetting my settings, but that didn't work. Does anybody know what I can do to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re not able to use the fonts you installed on your iPad after updating iPadOS. We’ll be happy to help.


Resetting your settings is a big step to take. To verify, does this issue occur in every app that you can use your fonts on? 


You may want to try backing up your GoodNotes data, then removing the app, restarting your iPad, and reinstalling the app. This link can help you restart:
